Last year, we released AI Insights, the world’s first AI-powered email response analysis system. Since then, thousands of customers have enjoyed and benefited from having real-time insight into which emails require a response that haven’t yet been replied to. But until now, this has required manual lookup.

And here’s the thing: manual lookup takes time, and nobody has any time!

That’s why today, I’m excited to announce the next step forward in this technology: real-time SLA alerts.

Now, we automate the entire process of detecting important emails that should be replied to, but haven’t been yet — and we notify the responsible rep(s), and/or their manager(s). This ensures that no email goes unresponded for too long; and you get to decide how long is too long!

And most importantly, this means you can set it and forget it. No more time spent doing manual lookup. We’ve got you covered!

Here’s a quick 2-min video to demonstrate how it works and how to set it up:

How SLA Alerts Works

Within the SLA Alerts module, you can quickly and easily create an alert for any member of your team, define who the alerts will be sent to, and define how long we should wait before we send an alert.

How are SLA Alerts sent?

Currently, SLA alerts will be sent as emails, and come from alerts@emailanalytics.com. Here’s what they look like!

We plan to add support for Slack alerts in the near future.
