How do I export to CSV or Excel?
You can export certain data to CSV.
To export “Top Interactions” and “Message Threads” to CSV, just click the triple-dot icon “…” in the upper-right corner of the table.
You’ll see the following options:
“Export (Top 100)” — This exports the top 100 email addresses with whom you interact, along with all their associated data points.
“Export (ALL)” — This exports ALL of the email addresses with whom you interact, along with all their associated data points.
To export individual user data points to CSV, scroll down to “User Report” on your dashboard and click the triple-dot icon. You’ll see the following options:
“Export” — This exports the current table to CSV.
“Export Report History” — This exports a day-by-day email history breakdown for you and all your team members. Note that this export is currently limited to begin from the day you joined EmailAnalytics.
