How does EmailAnalytics handle deleted emails?

If you delete an email after it’s been received, then we still display it in your stats as a “received” email until it is “permanently deleted” within Gmail. Gmail automatically permanently deletes items in the “Trash” folder after they are there for more than 30 days.

“Permanently deleted” emails are also removed permanently from our database, and will no longer display in stats.
