If I send an email to 5 recipients, do you count it as one sent email, or 5 sent emails?
If you send an email to multiple recipients, (including people who are bcc’d or cc’d), we count it as a single sent email. Specifically, we count it as one sent email, with multiple recipients.
If anyone responds to the email (including those who were bcc’d or cc’d) we do calculate and count their response time, and we also count your subsequent responses to those responses.
