Login takes me to the wrong account; what should I do? (Outlook)

If you’re using Outlook, you might login to EmailAnalytics and find that it has automatically logged you in with a different account than you intended. This issue is caused by your browser storing cookies that include your logged in session info for your Microsoft accounts.

This is a known issue with Microsoft, and their own tech support has acknowledged this issue. They also recommend two workarounds for this issue:

  1. Login using an incognito or InPrivate browser
  2. Log out of all your Microsoft accounts, then re-attempt login to EmailAnalytics.
