If I send an email to person A and CC person B, does it count as 1 sent email, or 2 sent emails?

If you send an email to person A and CC person B, we count it as one sent email.

Person A is the recipient, and person B will not be reflected in your stats.

If you send an email to two people, and BOTH are in the “To” line, then we count only the first person in the “To” field. We do not count both.
