If we have an autoresponder on, does that influence response time?
Yes, it does, unless you filter out those autoresponses. Using the filters functionality in EmailAnalytics, you can set up a filter to exclude all autoresponder emails from calculations. The best way to do this would be to put each autoresponder email into a label within Gmail, perhaps called “autoresponder” or something like that. You can set up automatic filter/label rules in Gmail so that it’ll automatically add each autoresponder email to that label. We’ve written a guide on how do that here.
